Are prices inclusive of GST?
Prices are all nett prices as we are not a GST registered company.
Do you offer installment plans?
Not at the moment. We will inform our customers should we start installment plans.
What happens if the product is defective?
All products warranties are directly from the brands. Should the installation be done by our installers, we will help to liaise and arrange for an in-warranty service call within 7 days. Can I refund , return or exchange a purchase?
No. Items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you are unsure if you are purchasing the right product for your home, please engage our service team for a professional measurement and advice.
Do you do international orders?
No. Unfortunately we only serve local customers in Singapore at the moment.
How are your delivery schedule like?
Our delivery schedules are between 9am to 6pm from Monday to Friday, Saturday 9am to 1pm.
How long does it take for my orders to be processed?
It will generally take between 1-2 business working day. Our customer advocate team will reach out to you for a delivery timing once it has been confirmed.
