What happens if the product is defective?

All products warranties are directly from the brands. Should the installation be done by our installers, we will help to liaise and arrange for an in-warranty service call within 7 days. After 7 days, you will have to contact the manufacturer after sales department directly. Should you have your own installers, kindly contact the manufacturer directly for more information regarding product damage and defect. Can I refund , return or exchange a purchase?
